At CoreZeno Private Limited, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality milk and groceries to your doorstep. If you’re not fully satisfied with a delivery, we’re here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer refunds, exchanges, and replacements under the following conditions:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, sealed (if applicable), and in original condition.
You must provide a valid reason, along with photos/video (if possible).
2. Products Eligible for Return or Exchange
Fresh Milk (if spoiled, leaking, or tampered)
Packaged groceries (if expired or damaged)
Perishable items must be reported on same day of delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us through any of the following:

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your complaint and verify the issue:
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once processed.
5. Replacements/Exchanges
In case of wrong or damaged delivery:
We will offer a free replacement or exchange (subject to availability).
If replacement isn’t available, a full refund will be issued.
